During the last week of puppy development, some significant changes happened. It’s common for puppies at 2 weeks to have fully opened eyes, or at least partially open eyes. Cocoa’s ears are also open now, so he can hear you.
Now that their eyes are open, they look a little more dog-like. There’s more handling now by the breeder. We’re at an exciting stage in puppy development! Most puppies get wormed for the first time at two weeks.
It doesn’t stop there, though. We’re about to get into something fascinating. Puppies will start standing somewhere between two and three weeks old.
